SubQ ("we", "our", "the app") is published by OOLAEE Press. This policy explains what data SubQ collects, how it's used, and your rights.

1. Data We Collect

SubQ stores all user-entered data locally on your device. This includes:

• Peptide protocols, dose logs, and injection site records
• Calculator inputs and custom compound configurations
• Progress photos (stored in the app's local container)
• App preferences and settings

We do not collect, transmit, or store your health data on external servers. Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it.

2. Apple HealthKit

If you enable Apple Health integration, SubQ may read and write health data to Apple HealthKit. This data is governed by Apple's HealthKit privacy policies and is encrypted on your device. We do not access your HealthKit data through any server or cloud service. HealthKit data is never used for advertising or shared with third parties.

3. Analytics

We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage analytics (such as which features are used most often) to improve the app. This data cannot be used to identify you. We do not use third-party tracking SDKs that collect personal information.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

SubQ Pro subscriptions are processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information, credit card numbers, or Apple ID. All billing is handled by Apple in accordance with their privacy practices.

5. Third-Party Services

SubQ does not share your personal data with third parties. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. The app does not include third-party advertising SDKs.

6. Data Export

You can export your dose history as PDF or CSV files using the Doctor Export feature. These exports are generated locally on your device. Once exported, the files are under your control.

7. Data Deletion

You can delete all app data at any time by deleting the SubQ app from your device. Since data is stored locally, deleting the app removes all associated data permanently.

8. Children's Privacy

SubQ is not designed for or directed at children under 17. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
