Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find SubQ and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

SubQ stores all data locally on your device. If you deleted the app without exporting your data first, it cannot be recovered. We recommend using the Doctor Export feature periodically to back up your dose history. We're exploring iCloud backup for a future update.

Yes. You can add any custom compound in the app. Go to your protocol, tap "Add Peptide", then choose "Custom Compound." You'll be able to enter the name, half-life, and reconstitution details. If you think a peptide should be in our default database, email us and we'll consider adding it.

Double check that you've entered the correct vial size in milligrams (not micrograms) and the correct amount of bacteriostatic water in milliliters. The calculator uses the formula: volume = (desired dose / vial size) x water added. If something still looks off, email us with your inputs and we'll help troubleshoot.

Install SubQ on your new device and make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID. Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases." Your Pro subscription will be restored automatically.
