These terms govern your use of SubQ ("the app"), published by OOLAEE Press ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using SubQ, you agree to these terms.

Medical Disclaimer

SubQ is a tracking and calculation tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Peptide therapy should only be undertaken under the guidance of a qualified healthcare provider. Always consult your doctor before starting, changing, or stopping any treatment. The information presented in SubQ is for informational and educational purposes only.

1. Use of the App

SubQ is intended for personal, non-commercial use as a peptide dosing and tracking tool. You agree to use the app responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided by the app.

2. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate pharmacokinetic data and calculations, SubQ's outputs are estimates based on published research. Individual responses to peptides vary. Blood level charts, dose calculations, and half-life models are approximations and should not replace laboratory testing or professional medical guidance.

3. Subscriptions

SubQ offers a free tier and an optional Pro subscription. Subscription details:

SubQ Pro is available as a monthly ($3.99/month) or annual ($29/year) subscription
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, consistent with Apple's App Store policies

4. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly stated at the time of subscription. The trial period is available once per Apple ID. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into SubQ. We do not claim any rights to your dose logs, protocols, photos, or other personal information. Since all data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for backing up your data.

6. Intellectual Property

SubQ, its design, code, and content are the intellectual property of OOLAEE Press. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app or any part of it.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OOLAEE Press is not liable for any damages arising from your use of SubQ. This includes, but is not limited to, health outcomes, data loss, or any decisions made based on the app's calculations or information. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OOLAEE Press from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue SubQ at any time. If we discontinue the app, we will provide reasonable notice where possible. Your active subscription will be honored through its current billing period.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable state and federal law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
